One of my favorite ways to get grounded - or shift out of thinking that isn't serving me - is to start appreciating the little things in life. I like to write them down as a way to reinforce the moment, but also to remember all the wonderful things that surround me each day.
Today I encourage you to write out 25 things at rapid speed that you appreciate in your life. I find this is the fastest way to have more of the good stuff show up fast!
